A great Sriracha with a more complex flavour profile than most - roasted vegetables lend a deep savoury note, fermented Bhut Jolokia adds a rich, lingering heat with a smoky-sweet maple syrup finish.

The Spicy Shark's Sriracha is quickly becoming my favorite sriracha sauce, not because of its high heat, but because it's sweet smoky flavor is just unbelievable. I'm kind of surprised that I can't really pick up that chemical "liquid smoke" taste. It tends to ruin some good sauces for me. That said, this one sriracha is incredibly polyvalent: I use it in sautés, chilis, soups and with eggs. It just goes well with a lot of things. The texture is really great, almost like salsa! Many of their sauces tend to have that beautiful creamy-like texture, maybe thanks to the banana? I also find it's a perfect starting point for those who don't like it spicy, as in it's spicy, but not "hot". Much milder than the classic rooster, to give a comparison. Really great "put it on everything" sauce.
Was expecting more kick
So tasty, could permanently replace all other Sriracha sauces. Not too spicy, very sweet and flavourful.
