Okay. I don't even have words for this. It is so good. It's not terribly hot so if you want blistery mouth burn, this is not for you. If you want sweet, tangy, hot, deep fruity amazing flavour, this definitely might be your thing. It's fantastic on fresh vegetables, in salads on fish on chicken... it's even great on fruit or ice cream. My last experiment was with roasted cauliflower parmesan soup. Fabulous.
Smokey delicious hot sauce will not raise any blisters. If you want smoldering sauce this is not it. This is tasty somewhat hot and amazingly flavorful. It's fabulous on chicken fish beans eggs in all kinds of soups and it is my go-to Tabasco product.
