Small axe comes through again

Tried almost all the other flavours and loved them. The Chicago did not disappoint. Little hotter then I thought it would be but in the best way possible. Keep up the good work!

Bright and lively on the palate without being particularly vinegary. Floral, but not obnoxiously so thanks to the dill balancing things out. Modest heat. Quite thin in consistency. Excellent on fish but also a good all-rounder.
