A spicy Caribbean condiment version of the English "Piccalilli", filled with chunks of fresh exotic tropical fruits and vegetables. Ideal with cold cuts, sandwiches and sausages.
Ingredients: Water, Vinegar, Papaya, Prepared Mustard (Vinegar, Water, Mustard Seed, Spices), Carrots, Modified Corn Starch, Mangoes, Onions, Coraillie, Cane Sugar, Salt, Aged Pickled Scotch Bonnet Peppers (Vinegar, Pepper, Salt), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Celery Seed, Color (FD & C Yellow No 5).
