I bought two bottles expecting a masterpiece!

This purée is really just peppers and vinegar. I get the impression the peppers were cooked judging by the color and texture. Too bad because the cooking process has destroyed most of the flavor. Also, it is very mild... not the least amount of hurting.

Hot Ones The Last Dab Hot Sauce

Adds smoky goodness to your food

This is not a "hot sauce" per se. But adding this to a salsa, lasagna, or any other dish adds a smoky tang with a wee bit of heat. My only regret is that 1 bottle doesn't go far enough as I want to add a LOT.

Finally a great Canadian hot sauce!

Finally a great Canadian hot sauce! It is extremely versatile, I have not found anything that it doesn't pair with. The amazing flavour remains exactly the same whether you add a little or a whole bottles worth, the only thing that changes is the level of heat. There is very little vinegar compared to most other hot sauces they really did it right using a lime juice base. I really do recommend this hot sauce to everyone, you just have to try it to know what I'm talking about.
