This curry powder is now a staple in our house. Great tasting and enough of a spice to please. Nine teaspoons, three cups of chicken broth, one tsp sugar to start in a pot. Bring to a boil. Mix together 4 tsp of cornstarch with 8 tsp of cold water. Mix with contents of the pot. Simmer and stir until thick. Add to any cooked meat or vegetable.
