This Sriracha hot sauce is about as far away from the rooster brand you can get in terms of heat. And the flavour might surprise you too, closer to the traditional Sriracha it's bold and very peppery.

Ingredients: Carolina Reaper Mash (43%) (Carolina Reaper Peppers, Acetic Acid), Water, Cane Sugar, Distilled Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Salt, Granulated Garlic, Xanthan Gum, Ascorbic Acid.

A real hot accelerant. Tasty added it to a louisianna hot sauce. Start low and go slow. Remember. Heat is the new sweet. Love it. Cheers

Good by Sriracha

An amazing product that really ramps up the sriracha standard. Really. When drinking from a bottle of sriracha just isn't doing it for you, try this.

If you've only had the one the classic sriracha, try PIG's standard sriracha as well.

Amazing Sauce

With 43% Carolina Reaper Mash expect it to pack some heat. Thought it would be worse but slapped some of this on some chicken wings and oh man.. If you like scorching hot with perfect reaper flavor / garlic but not to the point of spoil your food hot then this is the sauce for you. A++ Hot Sauce. Will purchase again once this bottle is done.
