A lively hot sauce with bright, vivid colour and deep flavour profile. Scotch Bonnet peppers give it that Island vibe as it is paired with tropical fruits and rich rum. This vibrant sauce pairs well with chicken, seafood, shellfish, rice and jerk.

Not a huge flavor burst but certainly a good one with a taste of the scotch bonnet.
Love this sauce. Lots of flavour and just the right amount of heat. Hot but not too hot. I can use a lot of it. Which I like.
This sauce pleasantly exceeded my expectations as I had been missing a sauce like this in my rotation for a while now, and this little bad boy hit the spot nicely. Excellent well-rounded flavour with good spice level and I've been eating it with things like turkey, seafood, and vegetables but can't wait to try it on chicken as I think it would be a bomb chicken sauce!!
