For an extract sauce...

I normally find extracts sauces to have a bit of a chemical taste - almost metallic maybe. It makes it difficult to get good heat while keeping a solid flavor - the constant problem of the hot sauce lover like me. However, Cajohn like always delivers here. The fruity sweetness of this sauce really seems to cancel out some of the less tasty flavors of the extract. What you get is strong enough sauce, with a pleasant fruity sweetness. Goes great on eggs.

If you don't like extracts, try Cajohn's trinidad or reaper sling blade. They're just as hot as this one.
