Calling this brutal concoction a hot sauce is like calling a Rolls Royce a car. Technically correct but in no way descriptive enough. If you've ever wondered how it would feel to have a couple of dozen fire ants crawling around in your mouth, this sauce can give you a pretty accurate estimation.
