High River Sauces Rattler Barbecue with a Bite BBQ Sauce

Created by High River's own Steve Seabury in collaboration with Chef Chris Santos from "Chopped", Rattler is a deep and complex BBQ sauce. Starting with the classic barbecue sauce style with molasses and tomato, they expanded the flavour profile with Dijon mustard, honey and coffee to accent the woodsy, slightly nutty flavour of the Cascabel pepper.

Ingredients: Cascabel Chile peppers, tomato paste, molasses, sugar, onions, honey, raisins, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, distilled vinegar, dark brown sugar, salt, Orange Habañero Peppers, Cayenne Pepper, coffee, onion powder & garlic powder.
