Might be a good introduction to really hot sauce , but to me its taste too much like vinegar and its not spicy enough. I think its not rated on the scoville scale yet , but i'd say its around 70k at best.
I purchased this sauce as a gift for my brother in the past, and when he gave me a taste of it, I had to get some for myself. I love the flavor of the Ancho Chiles in this sauce!
Taste amd smell are amazing, goes well with any mexican/arabic meal due to the good cumin aroma and freshness
This sauce is incredibly flavourful. It is very forward with the sweet smokey raisin flavour of ancho, followed by a very tangy vinegar foundation. After a few moments it builds with heat from the ghost peppers. I don't have a particularly high tolerance for heat and I found that this sauce wasn't too aggressive. It's not like the ghost-dominant sauces that can sometimes feel like needles searing your mouth. Instead, the ghost makes its presence known without being overbearing. This is just a beautifully balanced and flavourful masterpiece. This sauce really shines on pulled pork. The smoke and tanginess is just the perfect complement.
