Grilled Borracho Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 oz. Los Chileros Chipotle Rub & Mix
  • 1/2 cup dark beer
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 tsp. each, salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or Los Chileros Chile Molido
  • Directions:

    1. Combine marinade ingredients in a gallon sealable plastic bag.
    2. Add chicken and toss to coat.
    3. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
    4. Grill chicken on medium-hot grill until cooked, about 5 minutes on each side. Serves 4-6.

    Just A Wonderful Flavor That I Can Eat On Virtually Anything. It Really Goes With Everything.

    The guys at hot ones certainly know how to make a sauce. The chilies pack a small punch, but it’s not so overwhelming as to mask the excellent flavour. Will definitely be buying more of this sauce.

    Only buy it for the novelty

    After having seen numerous celebrities suffer through this sauce on hot ones I thought that I’d see what the fuss is about. And what you see is what you get. It’s got some heat. But what gives this sauce 1 star is the uncomfortable way that it sits on your palate and the utterly disgusting after taste. The balance of my bottle has made its way to the trash.
