Ass Kickin' Cajun Meatballs

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Ass Kickin' Cajun Hot Sauce
  • Directions:

    1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls and place evenly on a cookie sheet.
    2. Bake at 350 Farenheit for 30 minutes, or brown in a fry pan and simmer in soup broth until thoroughly cooked.
    3. Use as an appetizer: place Ass Kickin' Cajun Hot Sauce in a bowl and dip meat balls into it and ENJOY!

    Great Sauce

    Nice heat that builds the more you eat! Great flavor profile and not just vinegar and chillies. Will def buy again

    Great garlic sauce

    This is a great garlic hot sauce. The heat is low but the garlic and basil pack a lot of flavour. Texture is medium in nature, which always the sauce to remain in place rather then to run down whatever it's applied to.
