Ass Kickin' Cajun Meatballs

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Ass Kickin' Cajun Hot Sauce
  • Directions:

    1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls and place evenly on a cookie sheet.
    2. Bake at 350 Farenheit for 30 minutes, or brown in a fry pan and simmer in soup broth until thoroughly cooked.
    3. Use as an appetizer: place Ass Kickin' Cajun Hot Sauce in a bowl and dip meat balls into it and ENJOY!

    I use this seasoning quite a bit , great stuff.

    Not what I expected, but really good!

    Bought this sauce with a few others. This sauce is not too hot, the flavours really stand out. The pineapple blends great with the peppers and lime juice. Great taste, not just some heat..
