Lucky Dog Green Label Hot Sauce

February 14, 2018

Luck Dog Green Label Hot Sauce   Lucky Dog is a company that makes top-quality products that can be enjoyed by pretty much anyone. I have consistently enjoyed their sauces over the years. Scott Zalkind, dog-lover and entrepreneur of this multi award-winning company, makes delicious sauces that are highly versatile, and range from very mild to hot. I highly recommend you have a look at the wide range of products by Lucky Dog that we offer online and in store!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 This sauce is a unique fire-roasted verde sauce which is mild in heat but strong in flavour. The heat from the sauce comes from the fire-roasted Jalapeño, Serrano, and Cayenne peppers. These peppers make for a smoky, bright flavour that makes this sauce stand out from the more traditional verde sauces out there. The roasted garlic adds a nice robustness and sweetness to the sauce, while the carrots, onion and white vinegar give a tangy quality that complements the peppers in the sauce perfectly. As with all Lucky Dog products, this sauce is loaded with fresh taste. There is also lime juice in this sauce that adds a subtle citrusy edge to the sauce’s tangy flavour. This is a very mild sauce and hence, I would give it a 3 out of 10 for heat. Even beginner chile heads or the average person can enjoy this sauce. What makes this sauce great is how accessible it is. It’s mild and has a flavour profile that almost anyone can enjoy. Who doesn’t like a nice smoky, garlicy, and tangy flavour?

This sauce is great on eggs, salads, Mexican food, pork, fish, rice and beans, pizza, as well as in soups, chilis, and sandwiches. I’ve used it as a dipping sauce for fries, oven-roasted potatoes, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and more! You can even make savoury dips out of this sauce by mixing it with cream cheese, mayo, or sour cream. Dip your veggies in them! Party goers will be impressed! This sauce goes great on anything that could use a very subtle kick and a bold, smoky tang!

If Lucky Dog Green Label Hot Sauce has piqued your interest, I highly recommend that you check it out along with the wide range of products by Lucky Dog we offer at Chilly Chiles online and in store!

As always,

Keep it spicy!

Alexis

Secret Aardvark Drunken Jerk Marinade

May 13, 2019

The Drunken Jerk Marinade is savoury, intense, spiced, and salty. This intensity is mainly due to the fact that its main use is that of a marinade, and thus has a high concentration of flavour. Therefore, it’s not necessarily the kind of sauce you would douse on any dish.

Tabanero Hot Sauce

April 30, 2019

Part of the reason for this is because of its amazingly versatile, fresh flavour. It’s also a big hit, I believe, because it is rather mild for a habanero-based sauce. This makes it an enjoyable product for pretty much anyone who at least enjoys lower heat-level hot sauces!

Slightly warm

No doubt about it this stuff is hot which is surprising, considering I eat the last dab redux on a daily basis. Same with hellfire fear this, I feel that da bomb final answer is way hotter than both of those. But it tastes disgusting.

Los Calientes

It's the most pleasureful pain I've ever experienced. And I'll do it over and over.

Nice Salsa

Don't buy any, save it all for me!

Still the best

I was there at the old Red Fox liars table when you first introduced this stuff , I am 74 now and still think it is the best in North America, had a feed tonight for supper with my Keith's and wings thanks for the best sauce around and thanks for all the great memories at the Fox

Taste is good, but no heat

Great flavor but I'd rate the heat more like a 2/10
